Paul Leary sen. is an optimist and a man of action: ‘If you wait for things to happen, what usually happens is less than you hoped; when you make things happen, what usually happens is more than expected’. So, let’s make things happen.

This sound, basic business approach has helped in achieving a consistent success record for over 30 years. The member of the EOS Group’s Board of Directors and Head of the US business unit is responsible for the US subsidiary. Under his management, this one-man operation has developed into one of the 20 biggest providers of receivables management in the United States.

Leary sen. also enjoys putting his energy into operations beyond the national borders. He developed business in the United Kingdom and played a leading role in the acquisition of the Brazilian company Hoepers S.A. in June 2011.

Receptive to what clients need, he shares his experience with his employees. Everyone should progress according to his or her capabilities, while at the same time achieving the best results for EOS – in America this is called a win-win situation.
