Hans-Werner Scherer In 1985 Hans-Werner Scherer ended his career with the Federal Armed Forces in order to become manager at Deutsche Inkasso-Dienst. He assumed internal management duties in the areas of IT, mergers, acquisition and sales, and in 1998 he joined the management as their spokesman. In March 2003 he was appointed chairman of the executive board. Mr Scherer initiated the strategic orientation of today’s EOS-group and is one of the persons in charge of the group’s European and American expansion. |

Klaus Engberding
Klaus Engberding is a member of the Board of Directors at KG EOS Holding GmbH & Co and is responsible for the Germany division. He is also on the advisory board of VEBE Holding. After completing a business studies degree in Münster, Engberding worked as a consultant for Hüsch & Partner Unternehmensberatung in Cologne. After stints as an in-house consultant within the Tengelmann retail group, he moved to the Otto Group, where he was appointed managing director of OBI@OTTO GmbH & Co. KG, in 2000. In January 2006 Klaus Engberding joined the EOS Group as managing director of EOS International BVG mbH, the parent company of 17 international EOS subsidiaries. |

Justus Hecking-Veltman Justus Hecking-Veltman is a member of the Board of Directors of KG EOS Holding GmbH & Co. As of 1 March 2007 he is in charge of the Finance division. On completing his business degree at the University of Münster, Hecking-Veltman joined Otto GmbH & Co KG in Hamburg as holdings controller. He became head of the corporate controlling department in 1998 and was promoted to the post of commercial director three years later. Before joining the EOS Group in 2007, he worked as director of controlling/accounts at OTTO. |

Paul Leary (sen.) From the first of March Paul Leary sen. is appointed as managing director of the EOS Holding. He is responsible for the market development in the United States, mergers and acquisitions (M& A) and strategic planning. Leary sen. has over 30 years of ARO/Debt Management that he brings to the EOS Board. Paul’s background includes large and small company experience at the Executive, Senior Management, and Ownership levels. |

Christos Andrew Savvides
Christos Andrew Savvides joined the Board of Directors of KG EOS Holding GmbH & Co on 1 December 2009 and assumed responsibility for the Eastern Europe region. After completing his MBA at Exeter University in 1994, Christos Savvides worked in the banking industry for seven years. Subsequently, he gained management experience as the founder and CEO of Europe Matrix Group, a financial services provider which became part of the EOS Group in 2005. Christos Savvides became Regional Manager Eastern Europe II at the EOS Group and managed to establish EOS as the leading receivables management group in South Eastern Europe. He is a member of the Institute of Credit Management and the Institute of Directors in the U.K. |
Dr. Andreas Witzig |
Dr. Andreas Witzig Andreas Witzig, who did his doctorate in law, has been a member of the Board of Directors at KG EOS Holding GmbH & Co since 1 March 2007. He is responsible for the Western Europe division. Witzig completed his second degree in public administration at Harvard University in Boston in 1994 and then began his career at McKinsey & Company, a management consultancy firm, where he was promoted to the post of associate principal. Before moving to the EOS Group in 2007, Andreas Witzig was head of in-house management consultancy at the Otto Group in Hamburg. |
