Reliability is one of the crucial values at EOS. It is the basis for cooperative interaction with clients and, consequently for lasting and fruitful collaboration. I am convinced that in times of intensified competitive pressure, only reliable companies will enjoy success.
Anyone who works in the financial sector should regard reliability and versatility as important principles. When I started at EOS Asia, the corporate values helped me not only to develop my career further in a field that was new to me, but also to set up EOS’s business operations in Asia. I am convinced that these values have universal validity.
In an EOS company as young as LLC EOS, it is quite easy to keep track of the progress being made by the adoption of the Code of Conduct in everyday practice. In the beginning we accept values like a child learning from a parent. Later we consciously put them into practice in our everyday work. Values open doors in collaboration with new clients. They also have a positive impact on the working atmosphere at EOS. That’s why I am helping to ensure that the EOS values are taken to heart and put into practice in our dealings with colleagues – by doing just that myself.
