The EOS Group is a group of companies active throughout the world, with more than 40 subsidiaries and associated companies in over 20 countries. Its headquarters are in Hamburg (Germany).

As well as in Germany, the EOS Group is represented in Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Greece, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Macedonia, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and the USA.

More than 4000 employees all over the world offer services to EOS customers. In Germany, the biggest market, EOS employs approx. 1600 people.

The EOS Group generated a turnover of EUR 297.4 million, around 22 per cent more than 2007/08. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased by some 34 per cent to EUR 91.2 million (previous year: EUR 68.2 million).

The EOS Group has more than 20.000 customers worldwide. The company offers services to companies of all sizes – ranging from stock exchange listed blue chips to SME companies. EOS services are tailored e.g. for large insurance companies, banks, credit card institutes, leasing companies, utilities, industrial and trading companies as well as publishing houses and mail order companies.

The EOS Group is one of Europe’s leading financial services providers outside bank and insur-ance businesses that are subject to licenses. The EOS brand stands for professional, tailor-made and consolidated financial solutions, covering the entire customer life cycle – from customer acquisition, invoicing and arrears billing to debt collection and purchasing receivables portfolios. The services spectre covers four business segments:

The EOS Group was formed in 1974 under the name of Deutscher Inkasso-Dienst (DID) and is a member of the Otto Group. Since September 2000 the EOS companies have been distributing their entire services spectrum under a joint umbrella brand. The network links regional compe-tences with the cross-frontier know how of the entire group.
