Gathering your first practical experience

Do you want to gain an insight into the world of work, get your bearings and complete your application documents, all within the framework of your studies? If so, EOS is the right place for you. We’re looking for you if:

• you have completed the second specialist semester,
• you have three to six months at your disposal,
• you want to earn EUR 800 per month (during your studies) / EUR 1000 per month (post-graduates) on the side,
• you are interested in exciting tasks and projects in the fields of marketing, human resources, IT and corporate development, and
• you are taking a degree with the main focus on economics, law, commercial law and/or business informatics. Applications from other disciplines are also most welcome.

Practically oriented research: dissertations at EOS

You’re on the home straight and on the way to getting your university degree. EOS can guide you. Write your dissertation on our premises. In this way you’ll combine study and practice ideally.

The procedure is simple:

• First decide on a thematic area – not yet a specific topic – with your personal tutor at university.
• Then get in touch with us. We’ll check the requirements in the relevant specialist department. After all, we see it as our duty not only to offer you exciting projects, but also to provide you with an expert who is always there for you with advice and help.
• We will be glad to give you non-binding advice on your choice of theme first.
• If your standards and interests match ours, we will jointly define a theme that will also convince your tutor.

The dissertation will be remunerated with EUR 800 per month. This will be supplemented by performance-related bonuses if we are enthusiastic about your work and results. 

Trainee programme for potential managers at EOS

In its internationally organized training programme, EOS qualifies university graduates for junior managerial positions in the company. The individually tailored programme lasts for 18 to 24 months. In it, you’ll get to know the entire Group.

Your tasks as a trainee:

• You will take on your own projects and special assignments, some of them international.
• You will get to know various companies in the EOS Group, as well as the central units EOS Holding, IT, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Controlling, Corporate Development, Corporate Auditing and Sales.
• Experienced EOS employees train upcoming young managers individually in one- to three-month sojourns abroad and internal and external training courses.

Your profile as an applicant for a trainee position:

• You have completed an above-average degree in business administration, law or a related subject or subjects.
• You have a sound knowledge of English.
• You are analytically and communicatively excellent.
• You want to create and achieve.
• You enjoy international projects.

If you already are a specialist in a certain field you should enter EOS directly.
