That’s why we offer in-house qualification programmes such as seminars or workshops for improving the employees’ specialist, social or methodical competence.
In addition, EOS is developing target-group-specific career programmes: for case managers at international level, EOS offers qualification tools that give them the skills to be a team leader. And a programme with an international focus is being planned for the ongoing training of our senior managers.
