Court of enforcement
The court of enforcement is responsible for the attachment of a monetary claim and other economic rights. The court of enforcement is always the local court competent for the district of debtor’s head office or residence. Forced sale and receivership are also within the jurisdiction of the local court. Besides the bailiff, the court of enforcement is the most important enforcement organ. Mainly registrars carry out its duties. However, search orders, arrest warrants to enforce a statutory declaration and decisions on enforcement appeals are incumbent on the judge.
