EOS Code of Conduct

Values form the basis of human conduct

It is essential that we all agree on what basically holds our corporate culture together. As Otto Group companies, we live by the values of our Group. Within this framework we have defined rules for our specific areas of business and have undertaken to act according to a common behavioural code, our Code of Conduct. Through the code we prescribe how EOS operates and how it treats its clients, defaulting customers, and its employees and partners: with high standards and great respect.

Observance of all data protection provisions, national legislation and sector-specific regulations is as self-evident for us as compliance with internationally accepted human rights.

We measure ourselves by the EOS Code of Conduct

Seeing ourselves as part of a whole, we want to make a contribution to our society by applying the EOS Code of Conduct.

We engage with our clients as a service provider and partner, while debtors are regarded as the customers of our clients. Our focus is on finding cooperative solutions for all parties involved.

Your data are in good hands at EOS – they are protected by state-of-the-art security technology. When we say ‘we’, we are referring to our employees. They constitute the real strength of EOS. Our joint commitment is to ensure that our clients and the EOS Group are successful.

The Board of Directors has defined the principles of the EOS Code of Conduct to be adhered to internationally. We are prepared to be measured by this code at any time.
